One of the greatest predictors of successful therapy depends on how effectively a therapist can create a space in which a client feels unconditionally safe and supported. My down-to-earth, informal, and practical therapeutic approach enables me to form a strong alliance with my clients. I am passionate about collaborating with people to help them address challenges, navigate difficult life transitions, and to recognize and maximize their personal strengths and resources.
My therapeutic approach is to integrate modalities to help you connect with your healthiest self which may include: somatic awareness practices, EMDR, parts work, and/or sandtray. My specialities include couples therapy, sexual health, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and PTSD healing. I am also trained in psychedelic integration and harm reduction.
I am a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist, a Certified Sex Therapist, and a Certified Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapist. I have extensive experience working with couples or individuals who want to improve their relational dynamics and or sexual health.
