I recognize that we are all unique individuals, and I work alongside you in self-exploration to address your own personal needs.
Factors that I consider in our work together include trauma dynamics, relationships, spirituality, cultural background, values, and health and wellness. I also take an integrative approach and often utilize internal family systems (IFS), somatic experiencing, psychoeducation, and mindfulness-based practices.
I know the courage it takes to reach out for help. Often times we don’t reach out until it feels like we are out of options and taking that leap can be intimidating and scary. I’m here as a support and guide to help you make your own meaning out of life’s challenges through reflection, intentionality, self-compassion, and skill building.
