At the beginning and end of each day, we all just want to feel heard and seen. The human experience is meant to be challenging, but it doesn't have to be done in solitude. My goal is to be a source of light for those traversing the darkness in hopes of making it to brighter days. As they say, it's always darkest before the dawn.
I've been a human for over 30 years now, so I think I have some general life experience to offer. More importantly, I have had the fortune of helping hundreds of children, adults, and seniors find a sense of joy even in times of loss and heartache.
The most consistent feedback I've received from my clients is that my relatable nature is what makes me good at what I do. As a therapist, if I don't see myself as being any different from those I serve. I've been blessed to have great therapists of my own. I hope to be that person for those who need to feel seen and heard in their own lives.
