As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work primarily with couples in a full-day intensive format. I use a combination of therapies such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Gottman Couple Therapy. I am also a Board-Certified Professional Christian Counselor through IBCC for those interested in incorporating faith into sessions.
