As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my mission is to foster a safe collaborative space where we work together to identify and challenge negative beliefs. My goal is to empower others to build resilience and achieve lasting inner peace.
I offer evidence based therapies such as CBT, ACT, and DBT. I specialize in trauma recovery utilizing eye movement therapies including EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). Additionally, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offers deeper healing for individuals with treatment-resistant conditions.
I strive to empower individuals to heal from past experiences by integrating diverse therapeutic techniques that honor the unique needs and desires. Through the healing of my own challenging life experiences, I have developed a deep understanding and empathy for others.
