My mission is to foster a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship where we can work as a team to facilitate positive change. In this safe and non-judgmental environment, patients can actively explore and heal from past experiences, build resilience, and develop the tools needed to achieve lasting emotional well-being and inner peace. I specialize in trauma recovery and enjoy seeing the progress many patient make with EMDR and ART- Accelerated Resolution Therapy. PTSD does not have to be a life-sentence, remission is very attainable with consistency and hard work.
Because each individual is unique, there is not a one size fit all therapy. Therefore, I use an eclectic approach tailored to the needs of each individual. Along with CBT, ACT and and mindfulness, I am certified in EMDR. Additionally I am in process of Certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
Through the healing of my own challenging life experiences, I have developed a deep understanding and empathy for others. I am passionate in helping others navigate through their life journeys with courage and compassion. My desire is that together, we can create a safe place to allow healing to begin and/or continue the process.
