Therapy is a powerful tool to help us navigate the ups and downs of life, and a reminder that whatever we are facing, we don't have to do it alone. I specialize in helping clients heal from trauma, recover from narcissistic, sexual, or intimate partner abuse, and navigate challenges like divorce, separation, co-parenting, and blended families. I also support those exploring identity, building self-esteem, and overcoming anxiety. In a compassionate, non-judgmental space, we’ll work together to break unhealthy patterns, foster resilience, and create lasting positive change. Otis, my office dog, usually joins us for sessions.
I offer trauma-informed care using EMDR to help process trauma, ACT to build resilience, manage anxiety, and foster self-acceptance, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy to strengthen communication and connection. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirmative and work with adults, teens, children (8+), and couples/families, supporting healing, growth, and healthier relationships.
As a Latina, mother, and former business owner and K-12 educator, my life experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges that come with balancing cultural identity, family dynamics, & personal growth.
