Busy professionals prefer an intensive format to Jumpstart their healing. I provide Attachment Focused EMDR sessions in 2 hour blocks as well as 3 day Intensives where we dive deep into the patterns of behavior that keep you stuck and unfulfilled in relationships. Clients can participate remotely, or join me retreat style in my beautiful Boise office.

EMDR Intensive Individual or Couples

EMDR intensives are designed to work 1:1 with a therapist in a more concentrated format of 1 week or over a 3 day weekend in order to either jumpstart your growth or make exponential progress over a shorter period of time. Sometimes people's busy schedules don't accommodate for the regular 50 minute weekly session. For others, they want to get results faster so they choose this option. Intensives can be provided in my Eagle Idaho office as a retreat or via online zoom. Visit my website to learn more about intensives.
