Hi, I'm Gina Shuster and I am a licensed mental health therapist in Utah and Michigan. I am passionate about helping you on your journey to better mental health and wellness. I believe that therapy is about helping you achieve the goals that you set for yourself. I desire to walk alongside you and guide you along the path to becoming the person you want to be. My job is not to "fix" you, you are not broken. My job is to help you tap into the skills you have inside you so that you can recognize and experience your wholeness.
My areas of specialty include grief and loss, trauma, depression and anxiety. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and love incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities into my practice.
Throughout my career, I have had the immense privilege of meeting people who demonstrate more strength, grace and determination than most would consider possible.
