I enjoy working with diverse clients from all backgrounds and needs. I like to take a Person-Centered approach to help my clients utilize their own strengths through the therapeutic process and in everyday life.
I have been working in the field of mental illness and behavior analysis since 2013. I have extensive experience in domestic abuse and addiction, victim/perpetrator, acute mental illnesses, personality disorders, mood disorders, autism, ADHD, suicide, PTSD, military, and first responders. And am a mediator for the state of Utah.
As a therapist, I bring a unique style and experience base. I also use a holistic approach and focus on forward movement. I look forward to working with those individuals who are seeking to improve their situation and quality of life.

In therapy, a treatment plan refers to the specific goals you have for therapy and interventions yo might use to help you reach those goals. Each treatment plan is unique and based on the individual's symptoms, needs, and goals. Typically, a treatment plan will include goals you want to achieve through therapy as well as specific interventions that I might utilize to help you achieve those goals.

A therapist using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy wants to help you discover how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact. They might suggest goals related to identifying harmful or false thoughts and replacing them with helpful, true thoughts. A psychodynamic therapist explores the patterns in your life and helps you find the root emotional causes of these patterns.
