It is my goal to create a safe space where you can make positive changes and live a more fulfilling life. My style is client-centered and incorporates perspectives and tools from cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, and humanistic approaches.
My specialty is working with teens and adults who have complex trauma that stem from abuse, neglect, or other life events. I also work with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-injury, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, adjustment to life changes and grief/loss.
