About
*No openings available right now* There is great strength in allowing someone to hold hope for you until you can discover it for yourself. My favorite part of therapy is helping people find their own light, strength, and resiliency. People already have all the answers they need inside of them. My role is to help them find the answers for themselves. I use a combination of evidence-based approaches to help people examine and modify unbalanced thinking patterns, develop self-awareness and insight, and strengthen their relationships. I respect cultural differences and incorporate them into treatment.
I am a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. I have 16 years of experience providing therapy. My specialty areas are women's issues, perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, college student mental health, and anxiety disorders.
Please feel free to contact me by phone or email if you think we would be a good fit. I'm happy to offer a phone consultation at no cost. I am available evening and weekend hours.
