With 20 years of experience as a counselor, I employ a Mindfulness-Based, Person-Centered, and Integrative approach to work with adults in individual therapy. I have experience in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy; teaching my clients the power of mindfulness and how practicing mindfulness both formally and informally can invite more balance, inner peace, and authenticity into our personal growth journey. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I am also a certified Reiki Master for those interested in energy healing work.
