I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness based cognitive therapy, as well as well versed in perinatal mood disorders. I strive to continue to increase my knowledge and skill-set to ensure the best quality of care for my clients through evidence-based approaches.
My specialties include, but are not limited to, perinatal mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. The services that I provide are individualized to meet one's needs and goals. I welcome my clients to express themselves through art, music, and the like.

Groups
Group Supervision
I am offering group supervision for those who are pre-licensed and looking to acquire some supervisory hours through a group setting. As per the guidelines, pre-licensed professionals can seek group supervision, "... at least 1 of the 2 hours shall be with the supervisee individually and in person, and 1 of the 2 hours may be with the supervisee in a group setting and in person." This will be a small group (maximum 4 people) and will meet monthly for 4 hours. Time and date TBD depending on availability.
