My passion is working with clients who are ready for change, but uncertain of the path that's right for them.
With a background in executive management I am uniquely qualified to understand individual, relational, and professional roles. I work with with individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of challenges including relationship distress, life transition, anxiety, grief, and any obstacle that prevents us from living our most authentic life.
Working through any emotional pain is difficult. I am constantly amazed at the resiliency of the human spirit and I consider it a privilege to walk with others on their journey. Together we will develop strategies to empower clients to utilize their strengths to live by choice, not by chance.
