With 20 years of experience in private practice, I specialize in working with women providing individual therapy for relationship difficulties, anxiety and depression. Since relocating my practice to San Clemente in 2007, I have also had the privilege of working extensively with the military community, specializing in female active duty military members and military spouses. I am committed to empowering my clients to navigate these difficulties and develop stronger, more resilient communication skills.
My approach centers on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, methods that I am deeply passionate about. These evidence based techniques have been highly effective in helping clients overcome anxiety, depression and challenges in communication and interpersonal relationships.
