I see therapy as a journey towards an authentic and meaningful life. There are many reasons to use therapy as a tool to move your life onto its best course. I enjoy working with many areas of focus including: Body image, mindfulness, LGBTQ+, Aging, Life Transitions, and work with Children and Adolescent stages of development as well. I am trained in Ecosystemic Therapy focusing on children's issues as they struggle to fit into the family, community and the world.
I have led groups on Healthy Lifestyles, including tackling Shame around Body Image and Relationships and diet failure. I have led Nurturing Parenting Groups, and Aggression Replacement Training as well. Both relate to developing positive coping strategies and using love and compassion for self and others. And have run groups victims of domestic violence.
