Not accepting new clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are hoping to heal past trauma, improve communication and find new possibilities. You may be feeling anxious, depressed, and confused about what your next steps in life should be. These feelings may be related to relationship distress, problems in communication with family members, big life changes, or work stress. I work collaboratively with individuals, families and partners who want to foster connection and form deeper, more loving relationships.
I take a relational and attachment based approach. I see people as part of their ‘systems’; their history, family, culture, beliefs, current relationships and jobs…it’s an ecology, so any changes can improve the whole. We will work together to increase communication and feelings of safety and acceptance through an attachment based, emotionally focused lens.
Every one of us goes through periods when we struggle. You are not alone, and you don’t have to cope with it in isolation. Sometimes we need an active, compassionate listener and ally to offer new understandings and skills. I am always honored when I am given the chance to walk this path with my clients.
