Accepting new clients as of 5/22/2026 for Tues, Wed, Thurs, and Fri, appointments. I know that wanting to maintain and improve your mental health can feel scary to do alone, we all want to feel heard and seen. Therapy is a great place to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Therapy should ultimately make you feel better! By utilizing trauma-informed DBT skills and CBT practice we can work on learning, and unlearning patterns in life. We'll laugh, we'll cry, we'll process. I let you lead, we work on what you want to work on. Therapy shouldn't feel like a chore.
I have been in private practice for 4 years. I currently provide mental health therapy for those 10 years old and older. I am an open-minded and compassionate teammate. We will work as a team, you know you best. Therapy should be collaborative! I am here to work with you, on being the best you! I'll provide you with the tools to use!
I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and a safe place. I love to listen, and I want to hear your story. During therapy sessions I can help make connections and offer feedback. As a therapist I have met some of the greatest people who are struggling to overcome mental health obstacles. We can work together to improve your day to day feelings.
