Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, relationship stress, or major transitions begin taking up more space than expected. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck and disconnected, or unsure of what’s wrong, but know something doesn’t feel sustainable. I work with adults who may appear high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, emotionally drained, or caught in unhelpful patterns inside. My approach is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful, blending empathy with thoughtful challenge. Together we build insight to strengthen boundaries, and develop healthier ways to cope so you can feel more grounded and confident over time.
I have experience with individuals, couples, and families alleviating tension and changing unhealthy routines. We work together in finding your path and lessen any feelings of being trapped or weighed down. I help clients to challenge their thoughts and become advocates for themselves. We build better boundaries for you to create a stronger sense of self.
Through commitment to the therapeutic process, I trust clients as being an expert in knowing themselves and eventually developing those skills to see it as well.
