I am a Licensed Marital & Family Therapist, and registered Art Therapist in Washington state with 2 decades of experience weaving art therapy techniques with a trauma-informed lens grounded in the relational neurosciences (including attachment theory, polyvagal theory, & interpersonal neurobiology). I work with adults, children, teens, and families.
