I have experience working with people of all ages, and I am accepting clients 16+ years old. My early work was in community mental health, providing Intensive In-Home therapy in individuals' homes, schools, and other treatment facilities. Then, I moved to a group practice and gained years of experience as an OPT. I have spent time working with trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, generational trauma, and identity issues.
In therapy, I will pull from a variety of modalities, including CBT, MI, ESFT, and S.A.F.E. EMDR. I am familiar with several DBT skills, though I am not DBT trained. Throughout treatment, I hope to guide each person toward their self-directed goals while increasing community support to create an overall more joyful, stable, and sustainable life!
I encourage you to allow your whole authentic self to arrive and take up space in session. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and calm. I hope to provide a healing space that encourages you to process, grow, and discover!
