I am deeply passionate about supporting survivors of domestic violence and individuals experiencing grief in all its forms—because loss shows up in many ways.
My goal is to offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow into the person you want to become.
I work with adolescents and adults on a variety of issues and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Existential Theory. I work with couples at every stage of their relationship and am trained in the Gottman Method of couples therapy.
