EMDR Intensives are provided in 8 hour, and 14 hour blocks of time over a condensed period of 1 week or weekend. The goal of an intensive is to make the most use of the processing time in longer sessions so we can expedite your progress toward feeling better. Rising Strong™ - Daring Way
This is an 8 week online workshop provided via a zoom platform to a small group of women wanting to dive into Brené Brown's work on shame resilience. As a Certified Daring Way Facilitator, I will lead you through the Rising Strong™ curriculum of videos and experiential exercises while you walk into vulnerability and learn the art of self-compassion. We will confront old beliefs that no longer serve you and then write a new story for your future.
