I believe that the counseling relationship offers a path toward healing through safety and connection. My approach is collaborative and person-centered with a focus on client strengths. I offer trauma-informed counseling to individuals experiencing anxiety and depression issues, grief, life transitions, relationship and boundary issues, attachment wounds as well as other mental health challenges. Every client I meet is unique and deserving of having their story heard.
