I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who received my Master’s Degree in Counseling at Oakland University. I provide therapy services for adolescents, adults, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, grief, and many other life or relationship problems. My strengths as a therapist begin with my ability to make clients feel comfortable while being fully engaged and invested in their progress. My clients regularly comment on my ability to remember even the simplest of details from previous sessions even upon returning to therapy years later.
My approach to counseling is to get to the root of the issue to facilitate true and long-lasting change. I’ve seen how symptoms of depression and anxiety can negatively impact the quality of one’s life and I would like to help you navigate through those problems and emotions.
