Brainspotting is an approach that allows the therapist and client to invite the brain, body and nervous system into therapy. It helps with many mental health issues including trauma. AEDP prioritizes emotions, the body, and attachment in the therapeutic relationship. Both of these are healing modalities that I can offer clients, in addition to more traditional cognitive therapies like CBT and ACT.
