About
Are you looking to make meaningful changes in your life but don't know where to begin? Therapy is a great place to start. I have a general practice in which I provide long and/or short-term psychotherapy to individuals in a private office setting located in Westchester County. I work with people across the broadest span of adulthood (ages 18 and up), specializing with issues typically confronted in adulthood such as depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, academic concerns, career dilemmas, and other issues of identity development. Please visit my website for additional information: ginatorino.com
I received my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University in 2009 and am currently an Associate Professor of Psychology at SUNY Empire State College. Finally, I am the lead editor of Microaggression Theory: Influence and Implications (2019) and have published widely in the areas of racial cultural microaggressions and identity development.
I know these are difficult times and I am here to help. Payment for services is on a sliding fee scale. I will work with you to find a reasonable pay arrangement that fits your budget.
