I work with adult individuals and couples to heal from trauma, attachment wounds, and the patterns that can make life and relationships feel stuck. I believe it all matters- the mind, the body, and the soul- so my work combines all of these. I have learned through my experience as a therapist that people are not problems to be fixed, they are persons to be loved!

I have experience treating a lot of issues, but my speciality is childhood trauma and also spiritual direction. I love to integrate the two, which results in people being able to grow in self-worth and self-love through boundaries and compassion toward their own humanity. My goal with clients is connection, human to human.
