However, in recent years, the focus of my work has been with women, specifically addressing issues such as: challenges during pregnancy and postpartum, and anxiety spectrum disorders and OCD during pregnancy and postpartum. I also offer neurodivergence affirming assessments for ADHD and autism.
Together, we will use a mindful, holistic approach to address your entire person and make sense of your thoughts and feelings. My ultimate goal with clients is for you to not only to feel better, but also to also make lasting changes and become more empowered within yourself.
