I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 20 years experience providing counseling to children, teens, adults and families. My mission is to provide help, hope and healing to you and your family through a collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationship. Whether you're seeking help for yourself or your loved ones, my goal is to always encourage, support and help you navigate the trials and hardships we encounter in life.
My areas of expertise include treating children, teens, adults and families of diverse backgrounds who have experienced trauma, abuse, loss, and significant life changes. I utilize a variety of treatment approaches including TF-CBT, DBT, CBT and Family Therapy.
I am fluent in Spanish, and enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I am a strong woman of Christian faith and provide faith-centered counseling when requested.
