I am a Professional Licensed Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I have over 15 years of experience dealing with mental health issues such as depression, ADHD, PTSD, ODD and anxiety as well as other behavioral issues. I have experience working with individuals (ages 4+), families and couples. I believe counseling is a collaborative relationship in which we work together to solve problems in which each person is treated with dignity and respect. Sometimes life becomes overwhelming and we could always use a little extra help.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 16 years of experience in the field of therapeutic interventions in Social Work, as well as that of Public Health. My ideal client is the individual suffering from an array of issues ranging from substance abuse/addiction, enabling and codependence, to domestic violence, sexual abuse, and other trauma. I also have a great fund of experience in helping clients with grief, as well as depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.
