I specialize in neurodiversity and emotion regulation and am trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Organizational Skills Training (OST), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT) and related therapies.
My work focuses on ADHD, autism, social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, persistent depressive disorder, body-focused repetitive behaviors, and parenting challenges.
