I specialize in working with high-distress professionals, and adults—both diagnosed and undiagnosed—with ADHD and have worked with military personnel. My clinical focus includes post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), childhood sexual abuse, sexual addiction, adjustment to major life changes, and challenges with self-esteem and confidence.
