Finding Your Identity Postpartum

The postpartum period is a time of complete upheaval. No matter how much you prepare for it, nothing can accurately prepare you for the full emotional, physical, and psychological impact it can have on new mothers. This group is designed to provide connection, support, processing, and skills work to mothers in their postpartum journeys. There are enough stressors during this time, feeling alone does not need to be one of them.
