Hello and welcome! To be willing to look inward in order to make healthy changes for yourself can be tough and I welcome the opportunity to help you navigate this challenging and complex work. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in gaining insight into how their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and past circumstances may be influencing the present. I work to assist clients in creating a life for themselves that cultivates more mindfulness, self compassion, and peacefulness.
My approach to therapy is person-centered and I also draw on the skills from other evidence based modalities in order to offer clients a variety of tools and perspectives. I work with teens and adults struggling with a range of concerns which are highlighted below.
My goal is to work collaboratively with you to help you overcome various challenges, while honoring that you are the master of your own life.
