Welcome! Learning to be in loving relationship with ourselves and others is the greatest gift one can offer the world. When we heal ourselves through improved self-love and self-esteem we are able to cultivate healthier relationships and life gets better. I specialize in relationship issues, especially our most vital relationship, the one with ourselves. I support clients through life-transitions, learning relationship tools, pre-marital counseling, infidelity, divorce, self-esteem, anxiety, co-dependence versus interdependence, boundaries, and addiction issues to name a few. I am PACT Level II certified.

My approach to therapy draws from a number of influences including mindfulness, body-based awareness, parts, yoga philosophy, spirituality, attachment theory, PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), and coaching tools. My work with couples and individuals is direct and tools-based. I view healing through the lens of relationship and awareness.

Cultivating healthier relationships through self-love and self-esteem creates positive ripple effects in families and communities. Reaching for help is a sign of strength. My full rate is $180 for individuals (50 minutes) and couples sessions are billed at $225 per hour. I offer a needs based reduced fee that slides to $140 for individuals and $170 for couples. I am in network with Kaiser. I can also provide a superbill. Couples sessions are typically 75-120 minutes.

For couples work I am trained as a level II PACT therapist, using attachment, neuroscience, and communication tools to create a healthy two-person system based on fairness and presence. For Individuals I use a mix of mindfulness, parts work, and attunement to help reframe and tend to the internal relationships (that we all have, but are possibly unaware of) and relief is immediate when tended to.
