I know finding the right therapist can be difficult. My approach is Person Centered based. This means I wholeheartedly believe a person has the capacity for growth and healing.
My specialties include working with individuals struggling trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety. I incorporate Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques and Mindfulness techniques. I can help with navigating complex and uncomfortable emotions.
