I’ve been a Psychotherapist for 15+ years with experience in utilizing integrative approaches including relational work, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and working from a trauma lens. I am Certified in EMDR therapy, which can be utilized to address anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, and a number of other concerns, if appropriate. I am trained in Neurofeedback, currently working toward certification. I have also been trained in Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) Level 1 & 2.
