I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth appointments only, Mondays-Thursdays between 7:00 am-1:30 pm.
I work with women and non-binary folks in their 20s-40s who are navigating major life transitions, processing grief and loss, or experiencing anxiety. I specialize in working with medical professionals (nurses, PAs, doctors, therapists, etc) as well as students preparing to enter the medical field. I also frequently work with LGBTQIA+ folks and enjoy supporting and celebrating this community!
I integrate the philosophies from person-centered therapy and psychodynamic therapy with techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and motivational interviewing. I'm also trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
