I specialize in working with folks in their 20s-40s who are navigating major life transitions, processing grief and loss, or experiencing anxiety. I enjoy working with folks in/preparing for the medical professions (nurses, PAs, doctors, therapists, etc) and with people who identify as highly sensitive. I also love supporting folks who identify as LGBTQIA+.
I integrate the philosophies from person-centered therapy and psychodynamic therapy with techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, and motivational interviewing. I'm also trained in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
