As the years pass and my experience deepens, I find that my approach embraces Nature and Positive Psychology more and more as I help people navigate relationships, anxiety, depression, life transitions, aging and existential issues. While I am skilled and knowledgeable about how to help solve problems, work through issues and reducing symptoms, I also feel that it is my calling to help people to access their natural strengths and assets that can help them towards healing. I am currently certified as an EMDR Practitioner.
I enjoy helping people to explore relationships and changes in life stages and have a particular interest in working with parents. I am fond of a playful parenting approach that combines a good sense of boundaries and limits and also the ability to enjoy the journey of being human together in a family that in and of itself is an adventure.
Therapy is like a puzzle that we work on together and each person's puzzle is unique. I rely on humor and re-framing to look at things in a new way. My goal is to help people to resolve issues, reduce stress and live life to its fullest.
