I’m passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges with empathy, understanding, and a fresh perspective. My educational journey has given me a strong foundation in understanding human behavior, which I’ve applied in a variety of counseling settings. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use challenges. I’ve also supported clients with physical disabilities, mental health diagnoses, as well as those on the autism spectrum in achieving their vocational goals, and managing personality disorders.
I take a multidisciplinary approach, integrating play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology.
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and tailored to meet your unique needs. Therapy should feel like a supportive and collaborative space where you feel empowered to grow, heal, and move toward the life you want.
