I work with people who feel stuck in patterns they do not want to repeat, whether that involves anxiety, relationship conflict, or old experiences that still affect them. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, rigid, or disconnected and want a space to slow down and make sense of what is going on.
I am formally trained in both EMDR and Restoration Therapy since these approaches help clients create meaningful shifts in how they feel and relate to others. In EMDR, we focus on the memories and beliefs that continue to shape your reactions. In Restoration Therapy, we look at your pain cycle and practice new ways of responding and feeling more grounded.
