I work with clients to help them uncover and build confidence in their unique strengths and wisdom. In our work together, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world, develop coping skills, and foster authentic self-awareness. I specialize in working with a wide range of issues including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, maternal health, and trauma.
I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults in individual, couple, family, and group settings. My approach is holistic and strengths-based, integrating eclectic evidence-based practices. I am deeply committed to cultural humility, anti-racist frameworks, and advocating for the LGBTQ+ community.
