Welcome! I work with counselors, parents, & high achievers looking to find joy and renewed energy - for themselves & the people they serve. I also enjoy working with couples and adult families who are having difficulty navigating current or past communication conflicts, terminal illness, grief & loss, parenting, boundaries, life transitions, and premarital work. You may struggle with self-care, perfectionism, over-giving to your work, taking your stress out on others, having difficulty completing tasks, or having difficulty staying present with others. You may feel "stuck", numb, drained, overwhelmed, anxious, worthless or guilty.

I have extensive experience in working with anxiety, depression, grief, and the treatment of attachment trauma. The NARM model has been revolutionary in how I understand & help individuals, couples work through internal blocks, and I enjoy the challenge of continuing my learning through consultation, practice groups, and my work as a NARM teaching assistant.

I know what it is like to feel completely stuck- & I also know how freeing it is to understand and care for myself in new and empowering ways. Helping you to see, care for & return to who you truly are is my passion. A Mother's Heart is a small, intimate support group for moms to connect & refuel in a meaningful way so that you can give your best self to your family, work & life. This is an 8 week, closed support group, which means that once we begin, I will not let anyone new into the group. This group is ideal for clinicians in any stage of their career, and is a safe place for therapists to explore their own inner work, struggles and blocks with clients, ethical questions, and struggles with work-life boundaries. My focus is on learning together, supporting one another, and discussing transference and countertransference in a way that is humanizing and not judgmental or shaming. We will also work on basic self-care intentions. CEU's will be provided for each group session.
