I’m Gill Orr, a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) and founder of Cedar Grove Counseling in Port Angeles, Washington. For over 30 years I’ve helped individuals and families navigate addiction and recovery. This work is my calling, and it’s a privilege to walk beside people as they rebuild with hope, courage, and dignity. My ideal client is ready—or considering—change but unsure where to begin, feeling stuck or overwhelmed by the impact of substance use on health, relationships, or purpose. I offer evidence-based outpatient care with practical tools and support for all stages of recovery. My approach integrates neuroscience, trauma-informed care, and neurofeedback to address the biological and emotional roots of addiction. I also provide drug & alcohol assessments, relapse prevention counseling, and planning to support long-term success.
