I am a person-centered, humanistic counselor who believe in the power of each person to grow, change and become who they want to be. My goal is to help you work through current stressful situations as well as long term issues that are holding you back from fully living your life in the here and now! If you are feeling stuck, misunderstood or just not sure where your life is headed, take the time to understand and process what is happening.

I have a special interest in wellness, stress reduction techniques, and mindfulness training for burnout, creative integrative therapy for children and adolescents, trauma survivors and individuals with anxiety. I am a holistic, person-centered psychotherapist who believes in the potential of every person to live a meaningful, purposeful life.

I have over 30 years of experience in the clinical mental health field. I focus on relationship issues, childhood stress and anxiety, families in conflict, grief issues, chronic health issues including oncology and integrative health. I practice unconditional positive regard in my work and unfailing privacy between us.
