Choosing the right therapist can be challenging. The best thing is to take a chance and make the call. If I can't help you, I'll try to help you find someone who can. The therapeutic relationship is a sacred, safe space to say hard things. I am a person-centered, humanistic counselor who actively helps you deal with difficult transitions, marital problems, parent-child conflict, child/adolescent therapy, ptsd, grief and loss. I have expertise in child development, custody issues, and other legal issues. Full range of services for couples, families, children, and teens.

I have a special interest in wellness, stress reduction techniques, and mindfulness training for military veterans and families, internal family systems, trauma survivors and individuals with anxiety. I am a holistic, person-centered psychotherapist who believes in the potential of every person to live a meaningful, purposeful life.

I have over 30 years of experience in the clinical mental health field and higher education. I work with women and men across the different stages of life, relationship issues, young children, veterans, families in conflict, grief issues, medical problems and divorce. I practice unconditional positive regard in my work and unfailing privacy between us.
