Often if seems easier to pretend that you're OK, but deep down... you hope for something more. I specialize in psychoanalytic psychotherapy with adults who struggle with shame, depression, suicidality, divorce, anger, anxiety, isolation, or estrangment from family members. I also specialize in working with friends and family members of narcissistic personalities.

I hold an unwavering faith that the life you want is available to you. My passion is in helping my clients overcome the obstacles that get in the way and hold them back.

My credentials include a master's in psychology from Antioch University, a master's in education from Pacific Oaks, completion of the psychoanalytic program at the New Center of Psychoanalysis and Anger Management Certification. I am a contributing parenting expert for www.KidsInTheHouse.com and a regular speaker for Second Saturday's divorce workshops.
