All Womens Self Esteem Process Support Therapy Group via Zoom. 6 total spots available. 6 week group sessions. $50 per group meeting. Virtual. We will explore the origin of self esteem, how it impacts your life and relationships and ways to increase our self esteem. Virtual Process & Art Therapy Support Group
New Cycle begins in January 2025! Please join me for a virtual 6 week cycle process and art therapy support group where clients lead the group by sharing various struggles in their day to day lives and various art therapy activities are incorporated. Discussions and exploration of various topics are facilitated, processing of art implemented. This is a coed group that is empowering, creative and full of support. Themes include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationships, self esteem/self worth. the power of our thoughts and self talk and boundaries.
