Virtual 6 week process support group where clients lead by sharing various struggles in their day to day lives-topics include navigating depression, anxiety, loss and grief, life changes and transitions, relationships, and ways to implement boundaries and self care in our day to day. Discussions and exploration of various topics are facilitated in a supportive non-judgemental environment.
