For the last 25 years, I have been driven by my passion to help clients see new possibilities, feel hopeful in their lives and heal the burdens they carry. My expertise is in working with those struggling with a loss of self-esteem/confidence, traumatic history, unresolved grief or life transitions. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and I am a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, also trained in Brainspotting. I am also an Addiction Specialist focusing on outpatient treatment for adults reaching for recovery from alcohol and drug use.

I have recently added two day intensives: For those clients who are struggling with self esteem, co-dependency, grief, trauma history or a combination of these issues. Intensives are geared towards doing therapeutic work to get unstuck, create movement and understanding of past and present issues. The ultimate goal is to create clarity and healing.
